DAVID E. FULLER, JR.
President/Broker-in-Charge

A Charlotte native licensed since 1979, David Fuller started his career with John Crosland Company.  He went on to develop retail and office properties throughout the Carolinas in the 1980's with FCW Properties, Inc. and joined Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate in the early 1990's, eventually becoming Broker-in-Charge and growing the Commercial Division to 10 brokers.  In 2002 David partnered with Coldwell Banker Commercial to form SouthEast Commercial, which today is the area's largest commercial real estate company.


LARRY CORE
Vice President - Land Consultant

A resident of Charlotte for over 25 years, Larry has been in commercial real estate since 1991 and has represented buyers and sellers in the sale of over 2,000 acres in the Charlotte region.  While at Prudential Commercial he earned the title of the Top Commercial Broker in North America.  Larry has consistently held a place in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar club in the land category.  Larry specializes in site selection, land assemblage, and seller representation for development land.


JIM REBHAN, CCIM 
Executive Vice President - Investments

Jim started his real estate career in 1975 in Madison WI with T.W. Weber Realty Inc. after graduating from college. In 1977 he became a branch Broker-in-Charge for a 13 agent real estate office as well as being appointed Vice President of Worthington Custom Homes; a wholly owned subsidiary building company. In 1982 he entered the corporate real estate arena and by 1988 was Vice-President of Real Estate for the $800 million sales national restaurant chain of Long John Silvers. In 1994 Jim moved to Charlotte, NC and left the corporate world in 1996. He started his own real estate investment company; Rebhan Properties which he owns and manages today. He also simultaneously worked in commercial brokerage. In 2001 he purchased managing member interests in the Charlotte Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise and became its President and Broker-in Charge. In 2002 he partnered with Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate to form SouthEast Commercial which today is the areas largest commercial real estate company.


GINO CHIARAVALLOTI
Retail/Land Broker

Gino joined SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in 2003 after thirteen years in the service industry, including ten years with Alamo Rent a Car as US Western Division Director of Maintenance. He has focused his efforts in site selection for single and multi-family land developers, as well as locating and leasing space for retail clients. Gino attended the University of South Florida and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and a Multimillion Dollar and Triple M Award recipient. 


NORRIS MCCLEARY
Investments, Office/ Retail Leasing and Sales

A native of Kings Mountain, NC, Norris has experience with land and residential sales, property management, and also representing investors and business owners in the acquisition of business and investment properties. After graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Education and a minor in Communication, Norris enjoyed 8 sucessful seasons in the NFL playing for the Kansas City Cheifs, Seattle Seahawks and Cincinatti  Bengals.  He then followed his NFL career with 2 years in the Arena Football League with the Columbus Destroyers and Dallas Deperadoes.

McCleary is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors, Retired NFL Players Chapter of Charlotte, NC, The National Business Association  4 Sports, and The NFL Players Association.  He continues sharing his knowledge and passion for football by volunteering as a Football Coach at West Charlotte High School.

BOB CONNELLY
Retail

Bob attended college at the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing.  He served as a representative for a large furniture manufacturer in North Carolina where he advanced to Vice President of Sales.  Bob started his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker before joining SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group.  His concentration and expertise have developed in retail and tenant representation.  Some of his clients include Wild Wing Cafe, Tsunami Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar, Charleston Crab House, Carpet & Rug Superstore and Belle Ville clothing store.

BOBBY DAVIS
Retail/Office Sales, Leasing & Tenant Representation

Bobby is a Charlotte native, and has been licensed since 2007.  He started as a retail broker with Lat Purser & Associates in Charlotte, NC.  Prior to commercial real estate, Mr. Davis enjoyed a successful 19 year career as an independent manufacturers representative in the general sporting goods and athletic footwear industries.  His vast knowledge of the marketplace allows him the ability to focus on retail sales, leasing and tenant representation.  He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, and in his spare time he enjoys golf and coaching youth sports.


PAMELA J. HOLDER
Land, Land Development and Investment Properties
 
A native to North Carolina, Ms. Holder graduated from American Business & Fashion Institute in Charlotte, N.C. in 1979.  In 1982 she studied Computer Operations at CPCC, which led her into the travel industry for 16 years.  She joined The Fox Companies as Director of Marketing in 1997 responsible for seven subsidiary companies.  She was instrumental in marketing three residential developments and all media advertising including TV and radio.  In 2002 she attended Mingle School of Real Estate and joined SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Her primary area of focus is commercial site acquisition, land development and investment properties working with buyers or sellers. Property types include retail, office, industrial, hotels, residential, or multi-family development. She is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.  


MICHAEL KEISER
Retail
 

Michael has been a full time broker with SouthEast Commercial for eight years after twelve years experience as a project manager in commercial development and construction.  Budgets on his construction projects ranged up to $50M.  Michael has completed over 100k SF of real estate transactions totaling approximately $13M in total volume. He is the recipient of the 2009 “Top Producer”, “Sales Leader”, and second “Team Player” award and a past recipient of the firm’s “Dealmaker of the Year” (multiple), and “Listing Leader” awards. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and continues his business and real estate education to remain on the cutting edge of today’s business world. Michael is licensed to practice real estate in both North and South Carolina. He is active in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Notable clients and customers are: Landry’s Seafood, Realty Income Corporation (REIT), The Tilted Kilt Brewery and Pub, Fed Ex-Kinko’s, YUM Brands, State Farm Insurance, Suncom Wireless (now T-Mobile), Cricket Wireless, Planet Beach Contempo Spa, International Bioresources, Crown Communications, Tandy Corporation, Holiday Retirement, Papa’s Pizza to Go, Beauty Alliance, Health Nutz, and several regional commercial developers. E.J. "BUDDY" KIRBY
Industrial Properties

Buddy has had 30 years experience in large property insurance, loss prevention and underwriting. He has been in the real estate industry since November of 1999 with Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate before moving with SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. During this time his specialty has developed in areas of industrial, retail and office space. He has had experience representing both sides of transactions.


MIKE KIRBY
Industrial

A Charlotte, NC native, Mike has over 19 years of commercial real estate experience.  He has held a position for several years in the Multi-Million Dollar Club with the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.  Mike attended Wingate College and then began doing property management at Collier's Pinkard where he eventually handled the sale and leasing of properties.  Now Mike specializes in industrial properties.


ROB MCGHEE
Retail/Office Sales, Leasing & Tenant Representation

Robert "Rob" McGhee  is a native of Charlotte, NC and joined SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in February 2010.  Prior to his real estate career, he enjoyed a successful career at Liberty Life and Health Insurance Co., and retail management.  Rob's real estate experience includes being a Property Manager and Landlord Representative in a mid-rise office building in Charlotte.  He was formerly with Corcoran Maddox Co., a private real estate invetment company.  With over 10 years in the commercial real estate business, McGhee is an extensively experienced office/retail broker who specializes in both Buyer/Seller, and Landlord/Tenant Representation.

Throughout his career, Rob has represented a vast range of clients in their office/retail/investment needs.  He has actively negotiated all types of transactions, as well as building roof top leases for his clients.  His transaction list involves a wide variety of local, regional, and nationally owned buisinesses.

BOB MINGLE, CCIM
Vice President of Sales

Bob has been a NC broker since 1973 and most of his experience has been in the Charlotte region and other areas in the Southeast.  Prior to joining SouthEast Commercial, Bob worked in a variety of positions including Director of Brokerage at Laureate Capital, U.S. Director of Investment Acquisitions for the Canadian-based Roycom Advisors, and Vice President of Marketing for CrownPoint while at The Crosland Group.  In 1999, Bob was named Overall Top Producer in the region by the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and has consistently been a member of the Ten Million Dollar Club as awarded by the CRCBR.  He also teaches investment analysis courses at the Mingle School of Real Estate (a family business established in 1972).  Bob achieved the coveted real estate investment designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1997.


DON MYERS
Land

Don has over a decade of commercial real estate experience.  His capabilities include land sales, consulting, apartment complex sales and build-to-suit development.  He has had extensive experience with re-zoning issues, land planning, and development while working closely with the City Council.  Don comes to SouthEast Commercial after employment for himself and then with Coldwell Banker Commercial.


GARY STEPHENS, CCIM
Investment Properties

Gary is a Charlotte native and started his real estate career in 1980 in residential sales. He joined Atlantic Properties in 1982 as an industrial real estate specialist representing clients in leasing/sales of distribution and manufacturing facilities. During his 15-year tenure with Atlantic Properties he held the positions of Broker in Charge, Sales Trainer of new associates as well as buying and selling real estate for his personal portfolio. During the early 1990’s Gary was also a principal in ECOTECH Environmental Services; a company specializing in the testing of residential properties for “air quality” and lead based paint hazards. In 1996 Atlantic Properties merged with Coldwell Banker Flouhouse Realtors and became Coldwell Banker Commercial. Gary obtained his CCIM designation in 1998 and began to focus on the representation of buyers and sellers of investment real estate. In addition to his general brokerage business Gary was Vice President of Sales for Coldwell Banker Commercial and active in the development of new business for the company. He has been named as “Top Producer in North Carolina” as well as “Top Producer in the Southeast Region” in the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization. Currently he is with Southeast Commercial Real Estate Group where he continues investment brokerage.

DONALD W. WYKS
Industrial/Land/Investments

A graduate of East Carolina University, Don has practiced commercial real estate since 1985, initially concentrating on land sales and assemblages in the Central Business District, Elizabeth and South End areas.  The largest transaction during the 80's was the reconstruction project of the Dunhill Hotel and adjoining properties, resulting in Don being named in Business Properties Magazine as one of Charlotte's Top Brokers in 1986.  In the 90's, Don joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate and expanded into retail leasing, sales and site selection for major clients including Queen City TV and Appliance, Cooker Bar and Grille and other regional and national tenants, as well as office and retail investment properties.  Since joining SouthEast in 2002, Don has continued to work on investment and retail properties, and assemblages for clients, acting as either a buyer's or seller's agent as the situation dictates.  Don is a resident of Matthews, NC and has served as a member and Chairman of Matthews' Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is a member of the CRCBR Grievance Committee.
